Dx'd with post-viral fatigue syndrome in January 2006, with CFS/ME in October 2006, and with Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) in January 2007.
Most of my blogging goes on at Through Myself and Back Again. This, however, is the rest of it - my 'recovery progress' journal. My physiotherapist said "start a journal" and my eyes lit up... I'll be using this one for charting symptoms, pacing, mobility, physiotherapy, other treatments, etc. < warning > It's not worth reading if you don't want to hear about pain, illness, fatigue and other such dull things. Go and enjoy my blog instead. < /warning >
I like chocolate, cups of tea, Radio 4, electric wheelchairs and being able to get out of the house. I do not like spiders. I live with one Girl and one Hamster. We have fun.
